The Company is not liable for misuse of login credentials.

6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Payment methods: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD
  • Company not responsible for banking/payment failures

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are subject to:

  • Fraud detection

We may cancel orders at our discretion.

Fake COD Policy:
Repeated refusal may result in:

  • Account blocking
  • COD restriction
  • Legal action

8. Shipping & Delivery

Risk transfers upon courier handover.

9. Return, Replacement & Refund

17. Termination / Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts/orders if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraud suspected
  • Abuse detected

This may be temporary or permanent.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karnataka, India.

19. Amendments

We may update Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
