At Apparel Route Private Limited, our goal is to provide a smooth, fast, and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others.

Shipping availability will be automatically displayed at checkout based on your pin code.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
  • Processing may take longer during sales, festivals, or high-demand periods

You will receive confirmation via email/SMS once your order is packed and dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or external factors.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on order value and delivery location
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers
  • Final charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email after dispatch
  • You can also track your order via:
    My Account → Orders → Track Order

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect.


6. Delayed Orders

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or regional restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us

In such cases, our team will contact you for re-delivery arrangements.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong pin code
  • Unreachable contact number

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the parcel
  • Record a parcel opening video (mandatory)
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery attempt

This helps us resolve issues quickly with courier partners.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders are delivered within India only.
